Ние като че ли само говорим за заплахите и плюсовете от тази така наречена еврозона или ЕRМ 2, но никой не дава малко повече информация защо, какви са стъпките, какви са плюсовете, какви са минусите и въобще големият въпрос: има ли друга алтернатива България. Лично според мен, дебатът за еврозоната е следващият по значимост социално-икономически дебат след дебата за присъединяване към Европейския съюз.

The issues of labour market imbalances, convergence and future cohesion in the EU were discussed at a forum organised by the Economic and Social Council.

The economic dimensions of the future of Europe and which of the five scenarios proposed by the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker will be the best for Bulgaria, and what are the new challenges facing the labour market and the social systems - these questions were addressed by the participants in a discussion organized by the Economic and Social Council of Bulgaria (ESC) and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC).

is the “bridge” between citizens and the national government. Its mission is to support such “bridging” so as to facilitate the communication between the society and the national government. It is the new and modern institution of the civil dialogue.

The ESC's mission is to promote civil society organisations access to and involvement in the process of decision-making on strategic economic and social issues.

The main goal of ESC's operation is to enable different representatives of organised civil society to feel free to state their views whereas unanimity on matters of common interest is encouraged. The Council expresses and protects civil society interests by communicating agreed statements and proposals submitted by its members to the executive and legislative authorities.
